Sondra is a British Dressage Recognised Coach, and has produced and competed horses from backing to FEI Inter 1. Her focus is on harmony between horse and rider. As a Testt™️ Certified Coach, Sondra’s ability to recognise common rider asymmetries, their origins, and incorporate resistance bands and Testt™️ taping techniques within her coaching to facilitate correct rider position and movement while mounted, produces optimum performance from both horse and rider. She enjoys coaching grass roots to advanced riders.
Initial Assessment lessons are a one hour, private session, and are for riders who have not worked with Sondra previously. This allows time for both ridden and off horse assessments, as well as a 45min lesson.
Subsequent lessons are 45min private sessions, and are for riders who have worked with Sondra before.

Subsequent dressage lesson (45min) £50 including arena hire
